Our chefs and waiting staff are very experienced in the service of the public, whether it be a simple buffet or a six course silver service dinner we can cater for all of your requirements.
Our head chef is Ken Docherty who has a wealth of experience in catering. He has won the silver medal at the salon culinaire and boasts among the functions that he has catered for the Royal Air Forces 75th anniversary celebration dinner where he oversaw a banquet for over 1200 dignitaries and guests. He has also cooked for several members of Royal families and government ministers from all over the globe Our staff will visit you to discuss your requirements and budget, and then they will advise as to which menu or types of food offer the best option.
We can supply you with bar facilities and even supply the table wines and toasts if you require them. Please do not feel afraid to ask for anything that you feel we can help you with to make your event a memorable occasion.
